Ricky Trickartt tells us about the making of the artwork for Unquote’s “Reverberation Box”.
Taking life as an inspired idea from his Grandpa’s copycat photocopier and Soviet animations of the 1960, the real life reverberation box began to take shape with a painted wooden box, suspended letters, photocopied paper scraps and some careful lighting, plus the fortuitous discovery of a Scheidegger Princess-matic typewriter.
