KMag Guest Mix: Joe Syntax

Wednesday, December 22nd, 2010

New Med School signing Joe Syntax has done a guest mix for Knowledge Magazine.

Featuring fresh new cuts from hot new producers Enei, Amoss, Pessimist, Sinistarr and more, the mix provides a good snapshot of Joe Syntax’s sound in 2010 and where he will be going in 2011.

“The mix took a few of days to compile and record,” he tells KMag. “It features some deep tunes, some dark and some more musical tunes that I’m feeling at the moment. I like to mix things up when I play out so thought I’d replicate that here.”

Having recently signed to Med School there is plenty in the pipeline for Joe Syntax and in the interview he talks fabric, Med School, studio set up, production tips,  and how he’s fallen in love with techno again.

You can catch Joe at fabric in the Med School room on 7th January (pre-sale tickets have sold out but there will be plenty on the door. Get down early to guarantee entry!) or the HMV Institute, Birmingham on 29th Jan (tickets available HERE)

Check out the mix + interview over on the KMag website HERE.
